West Garfield Apartments is a low-income housing tax credit development with household income limits at and below 30% and 60% of the area median income for Kent County. You may stop into the LINC UP Gallery, located at 341 Hall ST SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507 between the dates of Tuesday, August 18, 2020 and Wednesday, August 19, 2020.

Pre-Applications will be accepted between the hours of 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM on Tuesday, and 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM on Wednesday. All pre-applications will be assigned an applicant number and you will be placed in a lottery. PRE-applications will only be accepted online or in person on the times and dates listed above.
